Vildan Orancı

She was graduated from Istanbul University Library Science department and had her master degree from Business Administration. She also studied  Philosophy and Social Thought master program.  Her master thesis was about performance and productivity measurement techniques of academic libraries. She’s mostly studied on the fields of library acquisitions and collection development, library management, assessment of library services, e-books use in the libraries, implementation of new technologies on library services, etc. She’s been working in İstanbul Bilgi University Library for 23 years as team manager and acquisitions librarian.
