Serkan Kılıç was graduated from İstanbul University, Librarianship Department with a bachelor’s degree in 2001, and after then master degree from Marmara University, Information and Record Management Department in 2005. He started his professional career as a specialist librarian in İstanbul Bilgi University – Reference Department in 2000 and he worked at the Catalog & Metadata Department between 2008 and 2017. He has been working as an e-Library and Cataloging Supervisor since 2017. His specialties; Library of Congress Classification System, LC Subject Headings, LC Authority, Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules-II, Resource Description and Access (RDA), Scientific Publication Incentive, Scholarly Communication, APYS.
